This program is designed to enhance your general physical preparedness (GPP) and overall health and functionality. The foundation of this program is strength and conditioning. Clients participate in a functional strength movement, such as squatting, with emphasis on strict form. This is then followed by a metabolic conditioning or a cardio-based workout. Classes are both challenging and fun with a supportive atmosphere as our members cheer each other on to the end!
As home to Las Cruces’ only registered USA Weightlifting Club, we have five platforms dedicated to our olympic weightlifters. Learn the fundamentals of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk from a knowledgable and informed coach. This program is designed specifically for those individuals interested in gaining strength, speed, and power.
POWERLIFTING / STRONGMAN
Clients interested in this program are instructed on the fundamentals of the sport of strongman or powerlifting. Do you like to lift really heavy things? Do you like a tough mental and physical challenge? If you answered yes to either of those questions then this program is for you.
Interested in a personal training program that meets your own individual needs? Then look no further… our personal training plan is the best option for you. We complete initial assessment testing to determine a client’s strengths and areas of need. We then design a program that will push each individual to reach his/her own identified goals.
